Emily Nicholson leads Sales and Client Partnerships at Stephenson Mansell Group. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales, client account management and the design and development of talent programs.

Emily has extensive experience leading major tenders, developing strategic sales pipelines, and growing key client relationships in highly competitive markets. In addition, she he has worked closely with marketing and go-to-market teams to strengthen market presence and build long-term client partnerships.
She has also collaborated with clients and delivery teams to shape organisation-wide leadership programs for large national and global organisations. These programs often span multiple geographies, languages and cultural contexts. Importantly, she strategically orchestrates the right solutions, resources and team members to deliver measurable results.
Clients value the way that Emily listens and translates insight into practical, outcome-driven solutions that support organisational priorities.
Emily has held senior sales roles with global organisations including EZRA (part of the Adecco Group), LHH and AchieveForum (now part of Korn Ferry). Across these organisations, she has built and led high-performing sales teams and secured complex multi-million-dollar engagements. She has also worked closely with CHROs, talent leaders and executive teams across Australia, New Zealand and global markets.
As a result, her work has focused on supporting organisations in developing leadership capability through coaching, leadership development and talent programs aligned with strategic business priorities.
At SMG, Emily leads the firm’s national sales strategy and client partnership approach. She focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients and supporting continued growth across executive coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and high-performing team solutions.
She works closely with SMG partners, coaches and mentors to ensure client needs are well understood. As a result, solutions delivered are thoughtful, high quality and aligned to client outcomes.
Emily is known for her collaborative style, disciplined follow-through and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Emily enjoys travelling, baking, entertaining family and friends, and anything that involves the beach and being outside in the summertime.
